Line Cook
Position:
Full Time (35+ hours ) or Part-Time (14+ hours)
Pay: Starting pay is for 90 days of training
Depending on experience and availability below is a baseline
Starting Pay: (No Cooking Experience)
15 years old - (must be turning 16 on or before start of school $10 per hour
16 years or older - $11 per hour
18 Year Years or older - $14 per hour
Starting Pay: (Mid - Experienced Cook)
16 years or older - $12 per hour
18 Year Years or older - $16 per hour
Starting Pay: (5+years Cook with breakfast, lunch and dinner Experienced)
18 Year Years or older - $18+
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Evening Cooks are responsible for cleaning the restaurant
